I cannot say enough good things about this Radiance yarn by Yarn Botanika. It is soft, silky, shimmery, and strong. It held up to frogging a crocheted sock heel four times, even with all of the many snags I had incorporated into the stitches. The yarn is resilient, and I used it to make my first practice pair of crocheted socks (I found I prefer knitted socks to crocheted socks, but it was good to find this out the real way by actually crocheting a pair). I look forward to using the rest of it to make knitted baby clothing, as I can't think of a better yarn to use for baby hats, booties, and sweaters, and this colorway is perfect for baby clothing. I've added the socks to the One Planet Ravelry page, if anybody wants to have a look; I named them "Snapdragonfly Socks."

Lovely yarn! The merino adds great stitch definition and the tencel adds a subtle sheen to finished projects. The memory is not as pronounced as in a 100% merino, but this is a good feature if a project needs to be frogged. It does stand up to tinking very well, with minimal fuzzing and no splitting. Handles like a silk or bamboo during knitting and very soft against the skin.
