These handwoven and handknit items come to us from Chile. Under direction of the extremely talented fiber artist Vivi, women in Chile handknit and handweave these gorgeous items. They combine beautiful and unusual fibers that are just not seen here in our country. The colors are simply brilliant. Each item is truly a work of art. Wear one of Quedicha's garments and people will literally stop you on the street and ask you about it. These are the types of garments seen in art galleries and Vivi has actually had several galleries in the US order groups of her scarves and shawls to exhibit and sell. The prices are very reasonable as most art galleries charge much more for handwovens and handknits of this quality.
Most of the scarves and shawls are actually very light and next-to-your-skin soft so hey can be worn year round as a fashion accessory. We will be importing some other unusual fiber related items from Chile so watch this spot!
