This pattern allows you to make your laptop sleeve fit YOUR laptop perfectly, no matter the size. Bag and pocket are knitted in the round with custom fit and optional sizing. Instructions include 2 handle styles (to use with or without hardware) and an optional zipper closure.

• Our Recommendations: We suggest fine worsted weight wool & alpaca yarns. Please check your unfelted and felted gauges by swatching and felting a fair-sized square first.

• For shoulder strap & briefcase handles: 2 .75"/18 mm black bolt snaps & 2 black 5/8"/15 mm d-rings. Check your local hardware store for these.

• Both the Perfect Fit Laptop Sleeve and Powercord Pocket are worked with double-stranded worsted weight yarn and can be worked in stripes or solids. We encourage experimentation! If you would like to work in happy stripes as we have done, we offer a listing of the colors we chose so you can replicate our results.

• * Shepherd's Wool by Stonehedge Fiber Mill (100% Merino wool, 250 yds/sk). It felts a little shorter than non-merino wools, so you may need to add some rows).
• * For those with wool allergies, felt Alpaca: consider Artesano Aran weight
