The Myrtille Cardigan designed by Debbie O'Neill of Nutty Creations is a versatile addition to any wardrobe. The Bellflower Rib pattern gives shape to the body with little effort. The hems and simple trim along the front openings leave the lines of the sweater clean and simple. With 3/4-length sleeves, Myrtille provides just the right amount of warmth for wearing indoors and in most weather.

The Fleece Artist Lanica 100% Organic Merino yarn is cozy and soft -- a perfect match to the pattern. This yarn is very special. Not only is it organic, but it is dyed with plant dyes. It also is an unusual single ply yarn so it would be hard to find a substitute!

We have a complete knit kit available which includes the download pattern and the yarn in a choice of two plant-dyed colors.

  • Needles; One pair US size 6 (4 mm) straight needles; One pair US size 4 (3.5 mm) straight needles; One US size 4 (3.5 mm) 32"/81 cm or longer circular needle; cable needle; 4 stitch holders
