Lanas Puras Clarissa - the ultimate in cotton comfort.

It is spun from 50% cotton and 50% merino.  The merino is the same lovely and soft merino used in our Lanas Puras Melosa yarn.  This yarn is truly special! It has a slight thick and thin texture but knits up to a DK weight.  The dye takes the color in a special way resulting in a tweed look.   The skeins are still artisan painted individually by hand.  The fabric is still soft because of the wool, but the cotton adds lightness, air, texture and comfort.  The yarn is perfect for any DK weight pattern - tops, sweaters, shawls!
