A button-down jacket in seven sizes XS(S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X), knit in an allover tweedy textured stitch, with set-in sleeves, hip pockets with flap and side entry, side hem slits, optional half belt, and shirt collar (opens to form lapels). Features
- Finished Size: 35(38, 41.5, 44.5, 48, 51, 54) inches/89(96.5, 105.5, 113, 122, 129.5, 137) cm in circumference at chest (buttoned) to fit with 2-4 inches of ease
- Yarn Requirements: 1425(1600, 1800, 2000, 2175, 2375, 2575) yds/1300(1475, 1625, 1825, 1975, 2175, 2350) m of any worsted weight yarn that knits to the pattern gauge
- Needles: size 5US (3.75 mm) for body or size to obtain correct gauge; size 4US (3.5 mm) for cuffs and collar (or one size smaller than body needle)
- Notions: 6(6, 7, 7, 7, 7, 7) .625-inch (1.5 cm) buttons plus 4 buttons for pocket flaps and belt (optional)
- Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette (unblocked) on larger needle ; 20 sts and 30 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in Tweed Rib (washed and blocked) on larger needle
