A comprehensive natural dye kit containing 8 natural dye extract in generous amounts, indigo and its additives, alum mordants for protein and cellulose fibers, color changers, iron, hide glue, gloves, mask and the Natural Dye Instruction Book. All of the extracts can be combined to create an endless number of colors, and indigo adds a beautiful blue element to the palette that you create. This kit is suitable for those who want a comprehensive introduction to Earthues natural dyes. The kit contains enough colorants to dye over 50 pounds of fibers. Please note that indigo requires a base such as sodium hydroxide (lye) that you should obtain from a local hardware store or from soap making suppliers.
