We are happy to have this gorgeous new knit kit designed by Ilga Leja in Hand Maiden Flaxen yarn. Very soon, you will see all of Ilga's patterns on our site, along with many knit kits. Many of her designs are done in Hand Maiden or Fleece Artist yarns.
A cool, lacy shell, knit in a linen-silk yarn, is perfect beach wear. Over a bikini, over a tank top, or over a T-shirt. The frothy, wave-like stitch pattern echoes the gently rolling waves along the shore. The matching scarf can be worn on its own or as part of the ensemble. Knit in a satisfying, easy-to-memorize openwork pattern, the shell is self-finishing. The matching scarf can be worn on its own or as part of the ensemble.
Shown in HandMaiden's gorgeous flaxen yarn (65% silk, 35% linen), 250 m./273 yds. per 100 g. skein, colour: “Sea Shore”.
