We are happy to have this gorgeous new knit kit designed by Ilga Leja in Hand Maiden Flaxen yarn. Very soon, you will see all of Ilga's patterns on our site, along with many knit kits. Many of her designs are done in Hand Maiden or Fleece Artist yarns.
Violetta is a beautiful and versatile sweater top knit in Hand Maiden Flaxen yarn. In La Traviata, the beguiling Violetta knows she can have any man she wants and dismisses Alfredo’s early confessions of love as madness. Her lace-trimmed shell is worked in two identical pieces, forming a V-neck in the front and back. The armholes and v-neck are self-finishing.
This versatile top can be worn over a shirt for daytime wear or be transformed into a seductive camisole for evening.
Shown in HandMaiden's gorgeous flaxen yarn (65% silk, 35% linen), 250 m./273 yds. per 100 g. skein, colour: “Amethyst”.
The base kit fits sizes XS, S, M and L for finished bust circumference sizes 74 cm./29 in, 86 cm./34 in., 94 cm./37 in. and 109 cm./43 in. It includes two skeins of Hand Maiden Flaxen yarn in the color of your choice, along with Ilga's well written pattern.
For sizes 1x and 2 x, you need two extra skeins of Flaxen. Finished bust circumferences for 1x and 2x are 122 cm./48 in and 132 cm./52inches. Order in your choice of colors. |
