I'm always nervous about buying variagated yarn - will it pool? Will I have to perform acrobatics to avoid nasty clumps of colour - that instruction where you are told to knit with two balls at once. No thank you. If yarn needs that to behave I'll give it a miss. But not my beloved Sea Silk. And as soft as soft can be.
So far I've only bought a couple of hanks of this - but what value! For my two hanks I have a whole top and enough left over for a lovely scarf. When I first bought it I was thinking it was an extravagance, but not so. It is worth every cent.

I just got in the Sea Silk yarn that I ordered in the middle of the night on Friday. Here it is Monday and I have the yarn in my hand. It's beautiful. The colors are rich and yarn has a lovely glow-y sheen to it. It feels incredibly soft. I had heard that this yarn smelled funny from someone else, and I have to dispel that rumor, it doesn't smell funny at all. I can't wait to ball it up and start knitting! Thank you for the terrific service *and* the coupon for my next purchase (which will surely be sooner than later)!
