This is a darling felted tote bag designed for bulky weight yarn by Carol Martin of Farmhouse Yarns.

Features

Skill Level: Intermediate
Sizes: Finished bag measures ~ 12" high and 18" wide, excluding handles
Yarn: Main color for bag ~ 440 yds of bulky weight yarn plus ~600 yds miscellaneous yarns for crocheted flower and 30 yds for leaves suitable for felting; - Pattern was designed for Farmhouse Yarns' Woodland Spun Bulky Weight or Fat Sheep Bulky. We do not currently carry these yarns. A great substitution would be Sheep Shop Two yarn which felts beautifully. You could also buy double the quantity of yardage in worsted weight yarn and knit using 2 strands. Some great yarns for this would be Lanas Puras Melosa or Sheep Shop One
Needles: 1 size 10-1/2 circular needle, 24" long; 2 DPNS, size 10; 4 stitch markers; size H crochet hook, size H; darning or tapestry needle
Gauge: ~2-1/2 stitches per inch
