Debbie is a software engineer by training, but spends her free time teaching knitting and writing knitting patterns. She loves to share knitting knowledge and will happily talk knitting for hours. Debbie has done several sock designs for TheKnitter.com, The Loopy Ewe, and Cherry Tree Hill Yarns. Her designs have also appeared in various magazines, knitting books, and yarn company publications. Debbie also has a line a self-published patterns available under the name Nutty Creations. Her first book will be available in 2009, and she is currently working on a second one. When she isn’t knitting or working, Debbie loves to spend time with her family, cook, read, and dabble in other fiber pursuits.
