We first saw Chris Bylsma's designs at a local knitting store when looking for a pattern to use up some of the handspun yarns that were sitting in baskets around the house. The Potpourri shawl jumped out because it uses a variety of yarns and textures and colors and gauge is not important. Chris is one of the only designers I have seen whose patterns can be readily adapted for different yarns. Take a look through at some of our favorite designs of hers. We chose patterns that worked well with yarns that we carry or can be modified to use one of ours or your own handspun or handpainted yarns. We are glad to help you choose yarns.
