Queen of Hearts is a girl's cardigan, hat, and mitten set with a heart motif and ruffled cuffs. It is designed by Sue Hanmore in Artesano 4 ply alpaca. The cardigan pattern is written for five sizes, and the hat and mitten pattern is written for three sizes.

Cardigan takes 1(1,2,2,2) balls of Violet, Forget Me Not and Anemone and 1(2,2,2,2) balls of Biscuit
Mittens take 1 ball of Violet and Biscuit
Hat takes 1 ball of Violet, Biscuit, Forget Me Not, and Anemone
- Needles: 2.75 mm (US 2) and 3.25 mm (US 3) needles,
2.75 mm (US 2) double pointed needles, 2.75 (US 2) circular needle
- Gauge: 28 stitches and 32 rows = 4" (10cm) on 3.25 mm (US 3) needles over stockinette stitch
