This adorable beanie embellished with beads and a bow is designed by Jeanette Sloan using Artesano Hummingbird 4 ply Alpaca yarn. This yarn is identical in weight to Artesano 4 ply in the solid and melange colours, so the pattern can also be knit with one of those yarns.

SIZES: One size to fit average sized adult head
YARN: Artesano Hummingbird Alpaca 4 ply 1- 50 g balls Lovebird or other colour
NEEDLES: 2.75 mm DPNS, 3.25 mm DPNS, 3.25 mm needles (optional)
OTHER MATERIALS: 248 large beads
TENSION: 28 sts x 36 rows to 10 cm measured over st st using 3.25 mm needles
