A gorgeous yarn from Be Sweet. This is a boucle baby mohair yarn with tiny African beads hand tied throughout and spun with a thin metallic strand. Used on its own or as an accent yarn in many of the Be Sweet patterns.
Each ball of yarn is 50 grams, with 65 yards of yarn. The gauge is 3 stitches to the inch on US 11 needles.
The yarn was hand dyed by women in South Africa under a jobs creation program that has offered opportunity in economically depressed rurual region with a 75% unemployment rate.
